A chatbot for digital inclusion, tourism and participation
RIA (Autonomous Intelligence Network) is a chatbot developed with natural language processing technologies and adapted to local environments. It operates as a tourist assistant, digital guide, and community communication channel via WhatsApp, integrating information about Kuenca network services, events, procedures, and digital education. Its code is based on open-source solutions, with a focus on security, privacy, and accessibility. In addition to its conversational interface, RIA is projected as a face on interactive totems in public spaces, becoming a visible voice of the neighborhood and a tool for technological democratization.
